Sweat-Heart Throwdown - Rec

The Rec Division is designed for beginner to intermediate-level athletes (M/F, M/M, F/F pairs) with at least 6 month's of CrossFit experience and would consider themselves good candidates to compete in the CrossFit Open in the Scaled division. There will be a minimum of 3 workouts with no advanced gymnastics (HSPUs, muscle-ups, pistols) or prohibitive weights.
